How we handle privacy and cookie choices

We use essential storage to remember your cookie choice and to support basic site functions. This is not used for advertising.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. Analytics storage is denied by default, so Google Analytics does not set analytics cookies unless you accept this category.

If you accept, Google Analytics may set the _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies to tell visits and sessions apart. They may remain for up to two years. Analytics consent does not automatically enable advertising or remarketing.

If you consent, we use Google Ads to measure campaign visits and membership enquiries, create audiences of interested visitors and show more relevant PANCO advertising on Google services. Google Ads may use advertising cookies and identifiers such as _gcl cookies for these purposes.

Consent Mode v2 sends your choice to Google through the ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals. If you decline, these signals remain denied: advertising cookies are not stored and your visit is not used for personalised remarketing. Google tags may still send limited cookieless consent and measurement signals.

If you consent to advertising cookies, we also load the OpenAI Pixel to measure completed membership enquiries, starting an application, continuing to WhatsApp and visits to the Freightcamp website. App downloads and QR codes are excluded from these conversions. OpenAI can use the first-party attribution cookie __oppref to connect these actions with ads shown in ChatGPT.

Automatic advanced matching is enabled for this Pixel. It can detect supported contact information entered on this website and normalise and hash it in your browser before sending it to OpenAI to match conversions. The events we configure do not include your message or contact details in plain text. We mark these conversion events to opt out of future user-level personalisation. You can change or withdraw advertising consent at any time in Cookie Settings.

Use the Cookie settings button on the website to change or withdraw your preference at any time. You can accept analytics without advertising, accept advertising without analytics, or choose necessary storage only.

Some pages load images, fonts or scripts from trusted third-party hosts. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests those files.
