CENTRAL CONTINENT, your PANGEA Partner in Malaysia, recently assisted a carrier to properly dispose of an abandoned shipment consisting in 3 x 40'RF of onions.
The cargo was abandoned by consignee after being imported without the required permits and having no approval from the Health Ministry.
After staying in Port Klang for more than 3 months, CENTRAL CONTINENT assisted the carrier to dispose of the cargo in accordance to Malaysia customs and the Ministry of Health regulations.
"Despite it was a very smelly, dirty job, we managed to dispose the onions in a Government regulated landfill area", a spokesperson for Central Continent explained.
