UNITEX LOGISTICS (China & Hong Kong) Coordinates Sensitive CFM56 Engine Transport from Melbourne to Chengdu

PANCO member UNITEX LOGISTICS in China & Hong Kong coordinated the transport of a 4,605 kg CFM56 aircraft engine valued at approximately US$9 million from Melbourne to Chengdu. The multi-leg airfreight operation combined international-to-domestic connections, integrated customs clearance and dedicated securing measures, with delivery completed on time and without damage.

The out-of-gauge shipment was loaded on a flat rack, with WLP coordinating specialized inland transport, crane services, lashing, securing and cargo stowage.
