VELOCITY LINES, your Pangea partner in Pakistan, recently completed a complex air shipment, demonstrating its expertise in handling specialized cargo. The project involved transporting sensitive Dual Chamber Flow Meters from the USA to Lahore. The shipment faced two major challenges: the shipper did not have packaging facilities, and many airlines were hesitant to accept the cargo due to its nature.
Working closely with its US partner, VELOCITY LINES designed and managed the on-site crating of the equipment to meet international air transport standards. Through strategic negotiation, an airline was secured to accept the specially packaged cargo.
The shipment was executed under EXW USA to LHE DDU terms. VELOCITY LINES oversaw the entire process, from origin crating and customs clearance at Lahore Airport to final door-to-door delivery.
The cargo was delivered safely and securely at the consignee’s door, highlighting VELOCITY LINES’ ability to deliver specialized logistics solutions even under challenging circumstances.
