The company managed both shipments efficiently under EXW, coordinating securing, lashing, export customs, and sea freight, ensuring smooth operations even with challenging conditions.
The first shipment, from Shanghai, China, to Karachi, Pakistan, involved 4 x 40’ Open Top containers and 1 x 40’ High Cube container, with a total cargo weight of 115 tons. The largest unit measured 10 feet in height, and the transit time was 20 days. RELIANCE FREIGHT coordinated the process closely with their China agent to ensure proper handling and timely delivery.
The second shipment consisted of Drilling Machines and their parts, including 2 units of Drill Rigs (Dimensions: 2713.25 mm x 2330 mm x 7200 mm) and 2 sets of Mixer and Tank (Outer Diameter: 100 cm, Height: 160 cm). Despite a shortage of 40’ Open Top containers, the team secured the required equipment. The total transit time was approximately 55 days, and RELIANCE FREIGHT managed export customs, sea freight, and securing of the cargo, while the shipper was responsible for initial loading under EXW.
