In a recent complex logistics assignment involving high-value equipment, PLASCOW LOGISTICS, your Pangea partner in Israel, successfully executed a high-volume export operation for Meta, transporting essential hardware from their central Tel Aviv office to Prague.
PLASCOW LOGISTICS was responsible for dismantling the equipment and manufacturing custom packaging materials. A key highlight of the project was the design of a specialized box capable of safely transporting five laptops, each separated by protective sponge layers to prevent damage during transit.
Other equipment—such as PC stations, routers, printers, cables, and screens—was carefully packed and categorized separately. The initial packing took place at Meta’s offices, while the final packing stages were carried out in compliance with Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations, due to the large quantity of lithium batteries included in the shipment.
Secured on nine pallets, the cargo was transported with precision through the congested center of Tel Aviv. This operation highlighted the PLASCOW LOGISTICS team’s expertise in handling high-value shipments, providing a white glove service that ensured minimal disruption.
From dismantling and handling to packaging and final export, every step was tailored to meet the specific needs of both the sensitive cargo and the challenging environment. This operation exemplifies PLASCOW LOGISTICS commitment to delivering professional, secure, and regulation-compliant logistics at its finest.
