The scope covered coordination from vessel arrival through to safe handover for onward inland transport. Given the out-of-gauge dimensions, the operation required structured sequencing under standard port constraints, including terminal time-window alignment, controlled lifting and positioning, preparation of release-ready documentation, and clear, real-time communication across all stakeholders.
