Supporting innovation and learning through seamless Live Events & Expo Logistics, DIETRICH LOJISTIK, your Pangea partner in Türkiye, successfully managed two specialized projects, the transport of the Science Truck to Kuwait and the Intelligent City exhibition to Italy. Both operations contributed to international science and education initiatives, reinforcing the company’s commitment to reliable and purposeful logistics solutions.

Science Truck: Air Freight from Turkey to Kuwait
DIETRICH LOJISTIK successfully coordinated the international transport of the “Science Truck,” a mobile science experience project organized under the STEAM initiative. The materials were carefully collected from Bursa and professionally handled at Istanbul Airport before being shipped to Kuwait by air.
The cargo, consisting of 15 units of interactive equipment weighing approximately 1,150 kg and measuring 200 x 250 x 160 cm, was transported aboard a Boeing 777-200LR aircraft. The operation required specially secured vehicles and an authorized handling team to ensure safe loading and smooth customs procedures.
Despite several challenges during transport and customs clearance, the DIETRICH team overcame them through precise coordination and strong teamwork. The company managed the entire process from pickup to final delivery, ensuring a smooth and timely arrival for this inspiring project designed to engage and educate young people in science. The Science Truck now serves as a traveling museum, visiting schools across Kuwait to bring science learning directly to students.
Italy Educational Science Exhibition: Road Freight from Turkey to Genoa
DIETRICH LOJISTIK also managed the full logistics operation for the transport of an “Intelligent City” exhibition stand from Bursa to Genoa, Italy, for an educational science fair. The cargo (270 x 240 x 165 cm, 450 kg) was safely delivered for display at the event.
The project was completed within eight days despite tight deadlines and several operational challenges, including customs inspection delays, red-line checks, and partial unloading for examination.
The delivery site was located in a restricted historical area with limited vehicle access. Additionally, the team faced disruptions caused by an ongoing customs strike and public demonstrations, which led to temporary road closures. Through swift coordination, proactive communication, and dedicated planning, DIETRICH ensured that the cargo reached its destination safely and on schedule. The exhibition now serves as a permanent display in the museum, continuing to promote learning and innovation.
Highlighted by DIETRICH LOJISTIK: “We are glad to share our science museum exhibitions in Kuwait (air) and Italy (road) under live events, and the best part is the smiles on the children’s faces!”
Both projects highlight DIETRICH’s commitment to precision, adaptability, and expertise in event logistics, ensuring that every shipment arrives safely, on time, and ready to inspire.
