They moved a toothed rim with 60-80-60 ferrules Ø3800 mm, from the Port of Callao to their client’s facilities, meeting strict standards of safety, technical precision, and logistical efficiency.
This high-precision metal component, designed for mechanical transmission systems in large-scale rotary machinery, weighs over 120 tons, with an approximate diameter of 7 meters and a height of 3.8 meters.
The operation required a thorough prior route study, considering variables such as road infrastructure, height and weight restrictions, as well as detailed logistics planning to anticipate and mitigate any risks during the transfer.
Each phase, from unloading at the port to final delivery, was carefully coordinated, ensuring that all movements were executed with maximum precision and within the established deadlines.
