AIRSEA FORWARDERS (India) delivers Time-Critical Aircraft Engines from Delhi to Miami and Dubai

AIRSEA FORWARDERS, your Pangea partner in India, has recently demonstrated exceptional capability in managing time-critical aviation logistics. The team successfully transported Boeing CFM56-7B aircraft engines from Delhi to Miami for repairs, one engine each day over four days.

The engines, each measuring 435 x 252 x 230 cm and weighing 4,500 kg, required meticulous handling under DG Code 3528. Before handover, the CHA team secured mandatory CISF permissions, ensuring full compliance with stringent airport security protocols.

Alongside the engine movements, the team also handled a Boeing landing gear consignment on 26th July and managed the logistics of three Boeing engines from Delhi to Miami, and an AOG shipment from Delhi to Dubai, which will soon return to Delhi.

The operations faced some challenges: airline constraints prevented all three engines from being loaded on the same day, so different days were allotted for each engine to be handed over. Moreover, heavy rainfall in Delhi caused minor flooding in the airport warehouse, leaving the engines wet. The AIRSEA team acted quickly, drying and preparing the equipment to meet flight schedules without delay.

From documentation and customs clearance to loading, securing, and final delivery, AIRSEA FORWARDERS managed every aspect of the movements. Carried out on behalf of a domestic Indian airline, these operations demonstrate AIRSEA’s commitment to reliably supporting mission-critical aviation logistics.
