In order to give full satisfaction to customer's expectation, \u003Cstrong>COLUMBIA\u003C\u002Fstrong> forced the return of the unit and picked up a new empty container. Both partners, \u003Cstrong>COLUMBIA\u003C\u002Fstrong> and \u003Cstrong>CENTRAL CONTINENT\u003C\u002Fstrong>, as a professional gesture to support each other, shared the losses of the extra trip since customer's priorities go first.\r\n\r\nEach boiler pump was very heavy and required a lot of manpower for loading. At destination, the container was discharged with a hired crane and forklift. The cargo was then moved to \u003Cstrong>CENTRAL CONTINENT\u003C\u002Fstrong>'s warehouse for disinfection\u002Fsanitisation, un-stuffing and finally delivering the goods by open truck to consignee.
