For that, **OTIM** requested assistance from **FJT LOGISTICS**, your Pangea Partners in Australia and New Zealand. After studying several transport options including trans-shipment alternatives and other ports of discharge in North Europe, **FJT New Zealand** moved the helicopter to Melbourne and then on a connecting vessel to Livorno. Facing a very tight deadline, **FJT** were able to get all of the pieces of the puzzle lined up to transport and load to meet the port cut off. This was a great example of teamwork and continuity through the **FJT** branches. The Helicopter of 2,250 Kg weight and 11,65 mts long, was picked up at the aerodrome and loaded to MAFI trailer, then moved to the port and loaded with a suitable crane to a RO-RO vessel. The EUR 4M Helicopter lashing and securing was arranged by the **FJT** Team. Upon arrival of the shipment in Livorno, **OTIM** will arrange the reception and inland transport to its final destination in Italy.
