# New, larger base for growing CRM Logistics (UK)

The new 60,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose logistics facility is located near Rochester, Kent, close to the M20 motorway - which provides easy access to Dover Port and the entire UK motorway system. The building is undergoing total refurbishment, including installation of a mezzanine floor, and cold-storage facilities. The enhancements are particularly targeted at CRM’s growing pharma and ecommerce logistics business. The new base will be ready for operations from April 2017. The past 12 months have seen CRM achieve record turnover, following the winning of new business, and working with some exciting SME’s, the successful development of existing business and the signing of an exclusive 5 year supply chain management and fulfillment contract with a well-known toiletries and cosmetics brand.
