Introduction\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\r\n\r\nLogitude World provides the first true online freight forwarding software solution. It combines the power of cloud computing and modern technologies with a deep understanding of the freight forwarding industry. Since Logitude’s SaaS solution is rich in software modules, Release Notes are regularly issued to update about new features and enhancements as well as changes that were made since the previous release. This version of the Release Notes introduces new features and functionalities and describes existing features that were enhanced.\r\n\r\n\u003Cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u003Cstrong>2. New Features\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\r\n\r\n\u003Cstrong>2.1. Consolidated Invoice – \u003Cem>available in Business Package only\u003C\u002Fem>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\r\n\r\nUpon customer’s requests, we have a new process called the \u003Cstrong>Consolidated Invoice\u003C\u002Fstrong>. This new feature allows issuing one single Invoice for one customer over a certain number of days regardless of the number of shipments providing the benefits of reducing the time, paper, and costs required for individual shipment invoicing.\r\n\r\nWhen creating a new AR invoice, you will have the option to choose if it is a regular invoice or if it is a constituent. You can define if the customer works with Consolidated Invoice (Billing tab). In this case, the system will suggest to issue a Constituent Invoice for each Shipment and not an Invoice. A new query in the Accounting tab is available for all open constituent invoices called \"Open Constituent\". In Accounting Transfer, Constituents are not transferable while the Consolidated are.\r\n\r\nMore details can be found in Getting Started -> “How to” section.\r\n\r\n\u003Cstrong>2.2. Generic Interface for AR Invoice\u003C\u002Fstrong>\r\n\r\nAdaptation to support Payment terms and Consolidated Invoices.\r\n\r\n\u003Cstrong>2.3. Generic Interface for AP Invoices -– \u003Cem>available in Business Package only\u003C\u002Fem>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\r\n\r\nYou can now transfer AP Invoices in the Generic Interface we have in the Accounting tab.\r\n\r\n\u003Cstrong>2.4. New Documents in the How To area\u003C\u002Fstrong>\r\n\r\nWe have added two new documents in the Getting Started window under How To.\r\n\r\n\u003Cstrong>Getting Around in Logitude\u003C\u002Fstrong> which shows you features we support and how to work on Logitude World While using all of the solution’s potential.\r\n\r\n\u003Cstrong>E-AWB\u003C\u002Fstrong> Package that allows you to understand the e-AWB Solution we offer, includes FWB, FHL, FSR, FSU and FSA messages, print documents and Follow Up.\r\n\r\n\u003Cstrong>2.5 New fields in Shipments views\u003C\u002Fstrong>\r\n\u003Cp style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u003Cstrong>2.5.1 Package Quantity\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\r\n\u003Cp style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">In air, LCL and LTL shipments it will show the number of packages and in FCL and FTL shipments, the number or Containers will show.\u003C\u002Fp>\r\n\u003Cp style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u003Cstrong>2.5.2 Operational and Accounting Open\u002FClosed\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\r\n\u003Cp style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">You can add this column in the Shipment view to show if the Shipment is Operational and Accounting Open or Closed.\u003C\u002Fp>\r\n\u003Cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u003Cstrong>3. Improved Features\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\r\n\r\n\u003Cstrong>3.1. Copy and Paste\u003C\u002Fstrong>\r\n\r\nYou can now copy each field in the Header and Overview of the Shipment and then paste the information in different fields in Logitude, external search engines and documents.\r\n\r\n\u003Cstrong>3.2. Quotes\u003C\u002Fstrong>\r\n\r\nFor a better management of the CRM Funnel (module that will be available early next year) a new stage has been added in the Quotes: \u003Cstrong>Created\u003C\u002Fstrong> which is the first stage before the draft and is assigned to the Quote right away after creating it.\r\n\r\n\u003Cstrong>3.3. Forms prints\u003C\u002Fstrong>\r\n\u003Cp style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u003Cstrong>3.3.1.
