Pls. find below further details of both implementations. ![axsa](https://cdn.pangea-network.com/2016/04/60.jpg) **JAS-FBG S.A.**has provided as the first company in Poland the _**CUSTOMS AGENCY WINDOW system**_ developed by the company, which enables the clients of its customs agencies charge-free access via the Internet to the set of documents in electronic form. All customs documents, as soon as they have been collected, shall be scanned and archived. Owing to Customs Agency Window system, the clients are able to have the documents at their disposal before hard copy of them has been delivered to them. Moreover, the access to the documents shall, at any time from any location, be absolutely safe (due to an individual login, password and encrypted connection) to them. **JAS-FBG S.A.** in its logistics centre in Warszowice implements the _**new management system covering delivery and shipment of consignments**_. The system is connected with extranet, via which suppliers may notify and book the time of unloading. After the notified vehicle has come and been registered, the system shall identify it and start the notified process in the booked time provided with higher priority. The system manages the parking, the sequence of documents processed at loading and unloading, the sequence of an entry for particular drivers following priorities and time of arrival, and it also assigns particular ramps according to the goods which are brought, or to be forwarded. The system reduces strain on the centre employees from the necessity to make decisions, as the system makes them in a split second and eliminates potential mistakes. As soon as a storeman has finished operations of a given ramp, the next driver will receive SMS including a dock number to which he is to come. Any person concerned is able to track a given vehicle, ramp or goods. On the other hand, time monitoring of operations at any stage ensures elimination of bottlenecks.
