# In Time (UK) appoints Harj Binning as Managing Director

Harj takes over from Jon Hornby, who will take a step back from the day-to-day running of the UK business to concentrate on group development and strategy. Harj, who many of you know from Pangea conferences in person, as well as from more recent virtual conferences, has broad and extensive experience within the logistics sector, working for both independent and top-10 forwarders in both operational and business development roles.
